F.A.L.L. 2015

It has already been a year since I posted about how much I love Autumn!  Avery sure had fun playing in the leaves again!

Lydia wasn't so sure about the leaves, but she didn't complain.

My sweet Avery one year ago:

Not Much

We haven't been up to much lately, just living the good life enjoying our little girls.  Avery is spunky and strong willed and independent.  Lydia is sweet and content and self sufficient.  I have such a deep wonderful love for them both!!  It still surprises me how incredibly strong my love for someone else can be.  They are the most important things in mine and Todd's life!
Enough cheeziness and now for the endless adorable photos.

I have photos of myself as a baby that look so similar to this one of Lydia!  One day I'll find them and post them.  Maybe.

Such a happy girl, nearly all the time too!

These are the moments I savor.  Aaah the bliss...

Avery has become quite the swimmer.  Parents at pools always ask me, "How do you get her to do that?!"  She's pretty fearless.  See that fearless face? lol

Some of our favorite times are spent playing with Tommy.  He's so cute and Avery just loves him.

I told Avery she could put her feet in Lydia's tub.  And here's what I got.

Morning snuggles.  I just love them (and wish Todd didn't have to work so he could join us more often.)

Here she's inspecting her new sleeping bag (or as she called it, a "campfire.")  It wasn't long till we heard a sad little, "heeeeewp!" escape from the bag.

Glacier National Park

We visited Glacier National Park for our first time ever.  It was amazing!!  There was so much to do in Glacier, as well as at the resort we stayed at.  (Thanks Mom and Dad!!!!!)  This was the best trip we've been on with kids.  And that's saying a lot!

The outdoors is such a big part of our lives.
The girls did great!  Lydia got a little restless during the drive up, but otherwise was pleasant and happy the whole trip.  She is a multi tasker and while we hiked she could nap, breastfeed, smile at passers by, and take in her surroundings.  Not all at the same time.

Look comfy?

A close up.

Lydia's first time swimming.  She seemed to enjoy it but got cold fast.  I guess she's not as well insulated as she looks.

Avery did well too, she could hike up to 2 miles before tuckering out and napping in the backpack. She liked watching shows in the car, and really loved all the hiking, swimming, hot-tubing, and playing she got to do. Untitled

Nay had fun too.

Nay tried on Lydia's swimsuit to Avery's delight.

Ice cream at sunset with this view and my favorite people?  Yes please!  The only thing that could put a damper on this was an accidental poop in the pants.  I will let you guess who's pants lol.
