This has been a really long work in progress...
Todd and I made a room for the baby so we don't have to make her sleep in the living room, ha ha. :)
It's been so fun to do all the work and see the improvements over the last few months. We couldn't have done it without help from our families!
Many hands (60+ hands, that is!) make for light work. We had a ton of help!
Before:
Some helpers painting the walls:
More helpers organizing the "baby stuff" room, that went from being a total disaster to impeccably organized
Some helped out by entertaining us :)
Painted!
Wainscoating-impersonating wallpaper going up:
Cutting the chair-rail
Wallpapered and chair rail up:
Again, the before photos:
End product:
Notice the beautiful curtains, made by the beautiful and talented Adrianne Mckenna :)
We are close enough to call it done!
Just need to re-upholster the ottoman and remove the spray paint cans from the shelves before she's born. Spray paint is not exactly a baby friendly decoration.

i love everything about it (except the fact that i'm seeing it through pictures and not real life). It looks amazing :)
Wow! I wish I knew how to do that, and had time to do it. The room is beautiful!!!
