Avery has started laughing and it is the cutest thing.  :)

The cat has been replaced and she knows it.  She and Avery have similarities, but one is much cuter than the other. :)

  

  

  

The cat was UBER-jealous of Avery for a long time. But it turns out that she's decided she can share Todd and her other property with the baby:

Merry Christmas!  Ours was great (besides the flu that made the rounds through Todd's family and got me.)We celebrated with lots of good food and good company. 

The cat got some canned tuna from Santa. 

Avery got a can opener from the cat.  How convenient.
